St. Patrick's Division Color Guard
History of Our Color Guard
The Color Guard was established in 1986 by Harry Armstrong. Tim Harrigan assumed leadership in the late 1980s and early 1990s, followed by Paul Weisgerber, who led from 2000 to 2010. Mark Shannon served as commander until 2017. Mike Flynn currently leads the Color Guard.

The Color Guard originally wore green Celtic jackets. In the late 1990s, Dave Maher introduced white sweaters. Paul Weisgerber later initiated the transition to black sweaters, and under Paul’s leadership, kilts were introduced.
