Division Committees

Historian Chairman
The Historian preserves the history and legacy of our Division by documenting events, officers, and milestones. This role maintains records, photos, and archives so today’s work is not lost to time. It helps future members understand who we are, where we came from, and why our mission matters.

Immigration Committee
The Chairman helps members understand immigration issues through the lens of Irish history, Catholic teaching, and respect for the law. This role promotes education, compassion, and service to immigrant families in our local community. It connects our heritage as an immigrant people to modern-day realities.

Hibernian Hunger Projects
The Chairman leads the Division’s efforts to combat hunger through food drives, volunteer service, and support of local pantries. This role offers hands-on opportunities for members and families to help those in need. It is one of the most visible ways the Division lives out faith through action.

Catholic Action
The Chairman helps keep our Division rooted in the Catholic faith through prayer, support of parish life, and faith-based service. This role promotes Catholic identity and traditions while encouraging members to live their faith through action. It strengthens our relationship with the Church and reminds us why faith is central to the Order.

Organizer Chairman
The Organizer helps grow and strengthen our Division by inviting new members and keeping current members engaged. This role focuses on welcoming, mentoring, and connecting members to meaningful involvement. It ensures our Division remains active, visible, and prepared for the future.

Veterans Affairs
The Chairman of Veteran Affairs supports and honors veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. This role coordinates recognition, service projects, and partnerships that address real needs with dignity and respect. It ensures our Division never forgets those who have served.

Political Education Committee
The PEC Chairman educates members on public policy issues that affect faith, family, and community in a non-partisan and respectful way. The role focuses on sharing information, not endorsing candidates or parties. It encourages informed civic participation while protecting the unity and reputation of the Division.

Freedom for All Ireland
The Chairman promotes awareness of Irish history, culture, and the goal of a peaceful, united Ireland through education and remembrance. This role supports lawful, non-violent advocacy consistent with AOH principles. It helps keep Irish heritage and historical understanding central to our mission.

Charities and Missions
The Chairman leads the Division’s charitable efforts by coordinating service projects and support for those in need. This role encourages participation in local, faith-based, and community causes while aligning with the values of the AOH. It helps the Division turn its mission into visible acts of charity and service.

Pro-Life Committee
The Chairman promotes respect for human life at all stages through prayer, education, and compassionate service. This role supports life-affirming ministries and activities in a peaceful, lawful, and non-partisan way. It helps the Division witness to the dignity of life with charity, care, and respect for all.
